Rich Recording Technology (RRT): TechSmith's Rich-Recording Technology (RRT) is a platform that digitally synchronizes people and systems to merge human information and information technology in ways never before possible. This patent-pending technology synchronizes video of the user including their audio and facial expressions, system activity like mouse clicks, Web page changes, and dialogue boxes, and the test application into one file that is indexed and searchable.

Usability Professional – The UPA defines a usability professional broadly as anyone who works on, or advocates for the usability of their products. (UPA)
